    I am a qualified solicitor (non-practicing) and hold an accreditation from the Mediation Forum Ireland.

     

    I am also an experienced Project Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the civic & social organisation industry. I have strong ties with the local community and social services. I graduated from Blackhall Place, Dublin.

    The process is conducted in complete privacy. As a first step, I will set a mutually convenient time and place for the session to take place.

    I act as an independent and impartial facilitator, with the sole aim of reaching an agreement and a desirable outcome for everyone.

    If there is an acceptable agreement, I will draft a written document of the terms. Both parties can also receive further legal advice before signing.
